My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and nice, featuring a huge desk by the window and a convenient hub for USB and AC charging. Although the rooms were a bit chilly even with extra blankets and an adjusted thermostat, they were comfortable overall. The service was incredibly helpful, from extending the check-out time to holding our bags, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of Union Station and many tourist spots downtown. However, the dining options were limited, with a crowded breakfast area lacking variety beyond hot food. Despite this, the facilities were satisfactory, making my stay enjoyable overall.
The hotel offers spacious and well-maintained rooms with a nice setup, although the view overlooks a large building and a one-way street. The staff is accommodating and helpful, with some mistakes made by a team member. The location is central and convenient, close to tourist attractions. The dining experience is decent, especially for a quick bite before leaving early in the morning. Overall, a mixed but satisfactory stay.
